We accept children on a rolling basis. Parents can apply anytime and are encouraged to apply early, as there is often a waiting list.
Admissions Notification Timeline
As a member of ISAAGNY (Independent School Admissions Association of Greater New York), we follow their notification and reply dates for admissions, as outlined below. This applies to applications completed by January 8, 2026.
- Notification Date: Admission decisions will be released no earlier than 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 26.
- Parent Reply Date: Family responses are due no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 5.

Deposit
- A 2-month tuition deposit is payable upon enrollment to secure the spot for your child in the program.
- The Monthly tuition is payable every first of the month, accordingly to the schedule of attendance.
- A 2-month notice required prior to withdrawal. The deposit will be applied towards the payment of the last two months of enrollment.
- One month’s tuition can be frozen over the Summer, either in June, July or August if the child is not attending the program. No other credit or make-up date will be granted for other absences, regardless of the motive of absence.
- A10% Discount will be granted for a second child’s enrollment (while the siblings must be attending the program together).
